Hendrik Huelss and Anna Nadibaidze will participate in the British International Studies Association (BISA) conference in Brighton, UK. Hendrik Huelss will present his research entitled “Who Acts? Rethinking Agency in Military AI”, while Anna Nadibaidze’s presentation is entitled “Responsible AI Governance: Do States’ Practices Align with their Narratives?”.
