Ingvild Bode took part in the interdisciplinary workshop Who Are ‘Humans’ in Military AI?, organised by Utrecht University and the Asser Institute. The workshop brought together experts from various disciplines to examine the roles, responsibilities, and ethical implications of human involvement in military AI.

Ingvild Bode delivered the keynote speech “Human-Machine Interaction and the Exercise of Human Agency in the Military Domain”. She also presented a paper entitled “Control and Human Agency in the Debate on Military Applications of AI: The Politics of Concepts”, co-authored with Anna Nadibaidze and Alexander Blanchard (Senior Researcher at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute).
